A new wing of the central food hall at Ponce City Market will open on June 5, featuring three new food stalls: Boom Boom Bao, Lime Tiger, and Uwu Asian Dessert Co.
All three food stalls are backed by Dinh Tran and Khanh Dang, the husband-wife team behind VIỆTVANA, a Vietnamese restaurant stall located in what’s being dubbed Market East.
Boom Boom Bao is a Vietnamese grab-and-go restaurant offering bao and dumplings as well as stations for cold vegetables and herbs, rice and vermicelli, and proteins like barbecue chicken and pork.
Lime Tiger is a customizable bento box food stall, nodding to the street food carts found throughout Southeast Asia. People build meals paired with rice, proteins, sauces, and garnishes.
Uwu Asian Dessert Co. offers Japanese-inspired desserts and milk teas, specialty waffles, and Vietnamese shaved ice.

Market East is located on the first floor of Ponce City Market, with entrances across from The Roof’s ticket booth in the courtyard and through the existing Central Food Hall by Collier Candy Co.
